The Delhi High Court on Monday has stayed the investigation and proceedings against Ganga Ram Hospital in an FIR registered against it by Delhi Government for allegedly violating the COVID 19 guidelines.
According to a statement made by him on twitter, “regarding institutional isolation, only those COVID Positive cases which do not require hospitalisation on clinical assessment and do not have adequate facilities for home isolation would be required to undergo institutional isolation.”
The Delhi High Court has said it is most unacceptable that the testing facilities of the private laboratories are not being used to their optimum capacity, though they have not expressed any hesitation in ramping up the number of testing.
