The Delhi High Court on Wednesday has granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party MLA Prakash Jarwal who was arrested in connection with a Doctor Suicide Case. He will be released on bail on furnishing of a personal bond of Rs. 25,000 and surety of like amount before Trial Court.
The Delhi High Court on Monday has stayed the investigation and proceedings against Ganga Ram Hospital in an FIR registered against it by Delhi Government for allegedly violating the COVID 19 guidelines.
According to a statement made by him on twitter, “regarding institutional isolation, only those COVID Positive cases which do not require hospitalisation on clinical assessment and do not have adequate facilities for home isolation would be required to undergo institutional isolation.”
