Challenging the order of the Additional Session Judge 3, Amitabh Rawat states that all the citizens of the country under the Constitution of India have the right and freedom to protest including the right to oppose any legislation.
It has also been stated that the Delhi government did not provide adequate compensation for the loss suffered by these innocent people and hence they must compensate the people suffered in the riot.

The bench has further noted that there was no CCTV footage or electronic evidence on record to establish that the petitioner was present at the spot at the time of alleged incident.
The Court has noted in its order that the petitioner has been permitted to open and operate the Spa in terms of the Order dated 14.01.2021 passed by the Court in WPC No 7366/2020.
