The petitioner seeks to assail the public notice issued in November 2020 by the Transport Department, Government of NCT of Delhi for the affixation of colour-coded sticker on old vehicles, registered in the NCT of Delhi.
The bench has directed the defendants that “no-new article will be published ‘uploaded or make available’ infringing the copyright of the petitioners, file Written Statements, reply, on or before December 31.
