Chief Justice of India Justice N.V. Ramana on Monday said it will hear the impleadment application by a group of builders seeking the removal of the ban on construction in the National Capital Region on Friday while turning down the request for urgent listing.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday reserved its order on concerning rising levels of air pollution in Delhi. The special bench led by CJI N.V. Ramana to continue hearing the plea by 17-year-old Delhi student Aditya Dubey over concerning rising levels of air pollution in NCT of Delhi.
The Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday suspended internet in Singhu border, Ghazipur border, Tikri border, Mukarba Chowk and Nangloi from 12:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs
The Bench said, "We don't know what your commission is doing but people in Delhi are not happy." In the last hearing, the Central government had sought time to submit its report on how the new ordinance against air pollution has worked so far in a few days.
