A vacation bench of the Delhi High Court comprising Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani has issued direction to the Delhi Police wherein the petitioner and his employees have been repeatedly targeted by unknown assailants in and around their place of work in Chandni Chowk.
A single-judge Delhi High Court bench of Justice J.R. Midha directed the Commissioners and Delhi Police to file quarterly reports before the committee with respect to the adjudication of claim cases.
Police have informed the Delhi High Court that they have found the 16-year-old girl in Amritsar, who had gone missing for three months. She is currently lodged at Prayas Shelter Home in New Delhi, the police said.
