The Delhi High Court has finally completed its hearing on Jamia Milia Islamia University Anti-CAA incident from the petitioners’ side today. The hearing started yesterday with Senior Advocate Mr. Colin Gonsalves’s arguments.
The Delhi High Court today directed the Special Commissioner of Police to submit five orders or letters before the Court in a sealed cover within 2 days, which he or his predecessors has issued on receiving a complaint or representation in Delhi Riots Cases.
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has allowed the Delhi Police to investigate and conduct an inquiry against foreign nationals, members of the Tablighi Jamaat, following the notices issued under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday has reserved its order in a plea filed by Devangana Kalita a Pinjra Tod Activist against Delhi Police alleging that the Police had selectively leaked curtained shreds of evidence against her in media in the Anti-CAA Protest case.
