The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) will place before the Delhi High Court today, the status report regarding the portal created for tracking the complete channel for distribution of Covid-19, Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) medicines.
The petitioner has said that he has made several attempts to reach the office bearers of all the respondents through email but received a remedy or response. At that, he had filed a CM Application before this Court.
Justice Rekha Palli asked the government counsel to take instructions on “Whether they will be in a position to offer Covaxin to those who have got their first dose, before the expiry of six weeks period?”
A Single-Judge Bench comprising of Justice Rekha Palli while issuing notice has directed the respondents to examine the petitioner’s grievance at the earliest.

The plea has also asked for mandatory directions to hospitals for arrangement of oxygen tankers, uninterrupted oxygen supply points, oxygen ambulances.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday will hear the plea seeking directions to Lieutenant Governor and GNCTD to frame guidelines for hospitals to create “Oxygen Master Plan” including mandatory directions to hospitals to have their own Oxygen Plants, arrangement of Oxygen tankers, etc.
