The Supreme Court today adjourned till September 9 the plea filed by GHCAA President Yatin Oza against the Gujarat High Court’s decision to withdraw his senior designation.
The Gujarat High Court has dismissed an intervention application in the suo motu contempt case against Gujarat High Court Advocates’ Association (GHAA) president Yatin Oza. The court has taken suo motu cognizance of the case as criminal contempt.
Gujarat HC has issued a criminal contempt notice to Senior Advocate Mr Yatin Oza, President, GHCAA for making serious allegations against the High Court Administration and Registry terming the institution as a ‘Gambling Den’ and an institute which caters only litigants with means and money power.
