The Gujarat High Court on Thursday has observed that Ahmedabad civic authorities cannot prohibit street vendors of meat kebabs and other similar snacks from selling their products on the streets of the Gujarat city.
Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal made this statement while arguing on behalf of Zakia Jafri, widow of Congress MP Ehsan Jafri who was killed during the 2002 Gujarat riots.
