High Court and Supreme court judges are literally setting new benchmarks by hearing cases late into the night. Recently, for the third time during the ongoing summer vacations, benches held virtual hearings simultaneously till 10:10 pm and 9:40 pm, respectively. Is this a sign of things to come?
The High Court further noted that, “Regard being had to the evidence that the appellant Ravindra son of Pratap Singh had also fired a shot, which injured the deceased in the mouth and in the internal part of it, which was also the cause of death, we dismiss the prayer for bail.”
