The Delhi High Court today in view of the alarming rise in the COVID-19 case in Delhi, through its office order directed for the resumption of the system of Court hearings through Virtual Mode only till April 24 and 23 for District and High Court respectively.
The Delhi High Court has granted bail to an Advocate accused in a case of bribery involving two DSP’s and an inspector of Central Bureau of Investigation.
The counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner had truthfully declared details of all the criminal cases pending against him in the affidavit of verification.
Emphasizing upon the importance of being able to see the name, photograph, and symbol with clarity, the Kerala High Court said it is essential for free and fair election.
