The Delhi High Court has today extended all its prevailing interim order till October 31st. The said interim orders were due to be expired on August 31. The said decision has been taken in view of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic situation throughout the world.
The Bombay High Court on Friday quashed the FIRs filed against 29 foreign nationals who were charged for violating their Tourist Visa conditions by attending the Tablighi Jamaat congregation at Delhi.
A two judge bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rajnish Bhatnagar said that there was no doubt in allowing this petition in any manner, but the question was why the petitioner was pretending to be the ‘saviour’ of these teachers.
