The petition in Madhya Pradesh High Court is filed seeking direction to respondents/State to provide protection against invasion on couple personal life, liberty and property by the respondents'/police authorities' as they have entered into wedlock after attaining majority.
The petitioner relied on the said application that marriage of the parties was solemnised according to Hindu rites and ceremonies, hence divorce to be granted according to the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
