The Supreme Court has ordered a stay on the summons issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat's Committee of Privileges to the Superintendent of Police, Deoghar, to appear before it tomorrow in connection with a complaint filed by Jharkhand BJP MP Nishikant Dubey.
