The Delhi High Court said it will hear the petition post vacations where a plea is filed by the actress Juhi Chawla against the 5-G technology challenging the decision of single-judge bench of Justice J.R.Midha whereby the actress’s plea was dismissed with a cost of 20 Lakh.
Justice JR Midha made it clear that “it appeared that the suit was filed to garner publicity,” noting how Chawla had circulated a web link of the hearing on social media. The cost was imposed also on other plaintiffs.
The Delhi High Court on Monday transferred to another bench, the hearing of a lawsuit filed by Bollywood actor Juhi Chawla against the implementation of 5G technology in India stating that until and unless the technology is certified safe, its roll out should not be permitted.
