Allahabad High Court division bench while hearing two Criminal Appeals filed by Rajnesh and Vijay Pal acquitted two accused who were in jail in a murder case that took place ten years ago.
Allahabad High Court while hearing a Criminal Appeal and Government Appeal observed that in acquittal appeals, the appellate court is not required to rewrite the judgment or to give fresh reasoning when the reasons assigned by the Court below are found to be just and proper.
