‘Judiciary, Judges and the Administration of Justice’, a book authored by Justice R. Banumathi, former judge of the Supreme Court, was launched virtually today by Chief Justice of India S. A. Bobde.
A Judge known for writing the most numbers of judgments, Justice R. Banumathi served her last day in the Judiciary this Friday (July 17). She had been elevated to the Supreme Court in the year 2014.
The Supreme Court Bar Association has organized a farewell function for Justice R Banumathi today (July 17) on her last working day. Justice Banumathi retires on July 19, leaving the Supreme Court with only two lady judges.
