The Bombay High Court issued notice on a PIL filed regarding various illegalities committed by some officers of the respondents which amounted to embezzling government money by manipulating and changing the revenue record.
While considering the PIL, Bombay High Court division bench directed to make Collector, Chandrapur and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandrapur as party respondents by amending the cause title with immediate effect and issuing notice to the respondents after the amendments are carried out.
