The Bombay High Court has observed that Thane Municipal Corporation has unreasonably floated a tender for running pharmacies on a contract basis in Rajiv Gandhi Medical College and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Hospital in Kalwa with a condition of having an annual turnover of Rs 120 crore or more for the past three years.

The Bombay High Court on Friday refused to put a blanket ban on media in the case involving Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra, stating that there is a judicial limit on what can be construed as good or bad journalism.
