The Delhi High Court will on Thursday continue hearing on a petition seeking directions to treat all persons with disabilities who qualify as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 on priority basis for administering Covid-19 vaccine, irrespective of their age.
In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the fixation of MRP by the Commissioner and wishes to withdraw from the tendering process within three days of MRP being fixed, the respondents shall refund the entire earnest money deposit made by the petitioner in respect of bid, said the Delhi High Court
The Bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Jasmeet Singh yesterday directed both the Centre and the ICMR to place status reports before the Court on Friday.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed all 15 Oxygen refillers, who were listed in the order dated May 15 by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), to remain present before the Court on May 24.
