Uttarakhand High Court division bench while considering the PIL challenging the transfer of 1072 acres of land by the State Government from University in favour of the Civil Aviation Department of the State Government for construction of the Green Field Airport denounced such endeavours on the part of the petitioner.

Uttarakhand High Court division bench take the statements of these respondents on record who shall remain bound by the same.

Uttarakhand High Court division bench while perusing the RTI application noted that in spite of providing the names of the persons to the petitioner, he has not arrayed them as party respondents.

While considering the PIL ,Uttarakhand High Court division bench noted from the record that though the petitioner said that he has received several complaints from different individuals of Pithoragarh and Almora but not a single complaint has been filed in the Petition.

According to the PIL filed in Uttarakhand High Court, a road is proposed to be constructed between Village Kandakhanikhal to Village Judd. Petitioner wants that road to pass through his village, i.e. Juyalgaon.
