Non-communication on blacklisting the petitioner’s husband, lack of indicating violation of visa conditions and denial of issuance of visa, are in violation of rights of the petitioner under Article 19 and that of the petitioner and her husband under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, said the plea.
The petitions were primarily filed with the grievance of the persons in age group of 18-44 years who had received Covaxin's first dose and were not yet administered the second dosage of the vaccination within the prescribe period of time.
Hrishikesh Baruah submitted that the website of defendant no.1 contains links to its social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, and Telegram.

The Delhi High Court has sought a response from the Registrar General of Delhi High Court and the Delhi government in a petition seeking direction to make, and issue general rules for regulating the practice and proceedings of district courts in the best interest of justice.
The petitioner has said that he has made several attempts to reach the office bearers of all the respondents through email but received a remedy or response. At that, he had filed a CM Application before this Court.
The petitioner submitted that Challans should be payable online, even if the SOP is not implemented. “I am not the violator and they never contacted me for violation. When I was transferring the vehicle, they called me to pay the challans,” he said.
Justice Rekha Palli asked the government counsel to take instructions on “Whether they will be in a position to offer Covaxin to those who have got their first dose, before the expiry of six weeks period?”
