PAKISTAN’S NATIONAL assembly approved a bill that would allow Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav to appeal his conviction in a Pakistan court. The bill was adopted by the National Assembly after approval from the 21-member standing committee.
The Islamabad High Court has said that India should be given one more chance to appoint a lawyer for Kulbhushan Jadhav. The Islamabad High Court took up the matter of appointing a lawyer to review the death sentence awarded to Jadhav by a Pakistani military court.
