A California federal judge has rejected a lawsuit that alleged data of Walmart Inc customers had been compromised. The rejection came on a technical ground, when the judge found that California's privacy laws cannot be applied retroactively.
The court said Texas has no basis to file cases against Biden's victory in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The case was filed on Tuesday by Ken Paxton, the Republican Attorney General of Texas and Trump's aide.
