Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government and Delhi Building and others Construction Welfare Board to disburse the ex gratia amounts, as disbursed since March 2020 even to those registrants, whose registration may have lapsed, but are subsequently renewed by the Board after due verification.
The Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal on Monday in his address briefed about the guidelines that will be followed in Delhi in Lockdown 4.0 announced by the Central Government stating that the Delhi government needs to slowly move towards opening of the economy while dealing with the pandemic.
The Centre on Monday has given an undertaking to the Delhi High Court that they will be strictly following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Repatriation of Citizens stranded in foreign countries and priority will be given to pregnant women
"We have decided not to allow people from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu till May 31, but allow in stages," Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa said.
