Supreme Court has issued an interim direction to the State Election Commission of Madhya Pradesh for notifying the election program for local body election within 2 weeks, without the OBC reservation.
Madhya Pradesh High Court division bench dismissed a PIL filed by Ramji Kushwaha alleging that private respondents are trying to grab the Government land suppressing the judgment passed by the Lower Court.
