The Central Government has informed the Delhi High Court that there is no blanket permission to any agency for interception or monitoring or decryption.
Delhi Government submits it has already rejected the petitioners request, we cannot allow Spas to operate in the present circumstances. Even the Central Govt has not replied to it. It has not relaxed it.
