The Supreme Court on Wednesday disposed of the petition filed by the BDS degree holders aggrieved by the delay in the announcement of counselling date for NEET-MDS (Masters Course).
The petition was filed by one Akash Yadav, who is a minor through his uncle/local guardian Dr Surendra Kumar Yadav (Petitioner-in-Person), seeking directions to be allowed to fill online forms in order to sit for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test 2021
The Union of India in its office memorandum on July 30, 2021 has decided the aforementioned reservation quota while considering the judgment of Madras High Court, Supreme Court and report of the committee. The same is annexed along with the said Affidavit.
