Singh has further referred to the OMR sheets of the other candidates and submitted that the candidates who have attempted 7 questions out of 100 in the preliminary examination and 10 questions out of 200 in the main written examination have been declared successful.
The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice in a plea filed by 14 NEET aspirants alleging discrepancy and manipulation in the NEET examination OMR sheets.
A bench headed by Justice L Nageswara Rao has asked the petitioner students to approach the HC in case the discrepancies persist. A total of 19 NEET students had approached the Apex Court challenging a circular by the NTA that mandated an amount of 1,000 to be charged per question for the reassessment.
