The Patna High Court has set aside the order of a trial court, acquitting a man who was sentenced to death for alleged gang rape and murder.

A full bench headed by Chief Justice Sanjay Karol heard the petition filed in this regard. The court said that if the advocate approves to be involved in the process of hearing in the studio court, the hearing can be done in the studio court.
