A full bench headed by Chief Justice Sanjay Karol heard the petition filed in this regard. The court said that if the advocate approves to be involved in the process of hearing in the studio court, the hearing can be done in the studio court.
A new system has been devised as an experiment for hearing cases in the Patna High Court. Chief Justice Sanjay Karol sat with Justice S Kumar in his chamber, while the lawyers who attended the hearing appeared in another courtroom and attended the hearing through video conferencing.
