There is a sense of grief and disappointment among doctors that despite risking their lives, the centre doesn’t even have data of the frontline workers who died valiantly treating coronavirus patients.
The Delhi High Court has today directed the authorities to consider a PIL as a representation, filed seeking rules to be framed for testing, certification, and launching of products claiming that they sterilize objects, including PPE Kits, infected/ contaminated of COVID-19 virus.
The Delhi High Court has imposed a cost of Rs. 25000 on a North Delhi Municipal Corporation for failing to file an application of Condonation of delay and directed that the cost imposed shall be utilized for procuring PPE kits for doctors who are treating COVID-19 patients.
The High Court of Telangana slammed the State Government for low testing rate of COVID 19 in the State and has directed the state Government to increase the rate of tests being conducted throughout the state as far as possible.
