According to the petition filed in the last 70 years, there has been no proper allocation of funds with the corresponding increase in pulation judiciary legal awareness, increase in legislation and the same is a clear violation of the basic structure of the Constitution as well as basic human rights.
The Supreme Court bench headed by Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari & Aniruddha Bose dismissed the plea against the Delhi HC order which had dismissed the plea seeking to halt the construction of “Central Vista Redevelopment Project” and had imposed a cost of One lakh on petitioners.

Bhatti and Murali Purushothaman passed this judgment while hearing a petition which claimed to have been filed to protect the interests/rights of the people of Lakshadweep, a Union Territory, from the ulterior motive of destroying the traditional life and culture.
