The Rajasthan High Court dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed alleging irregularities and substandard construction of the National Highway No.14 “Beawar- Pali Pindwara” Section.

In view of the above disclosure made by the counsel for the State, the Rajasthan High Court division bench was not inclined to keep this matter pending but to dispose off looking it open for the State to consider the matter.
