The Delhi High Court has adjourned the hearing into the case dealing with the dispute between e-commerce giant Amazon and Kishore Biyani's Future Group for hearing on Monday.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday started hearing on the petition filed by Amazon against the Delhi High Court Division Bench order, which had stayed the order of the Single-Judge Bench, directing a status quo on the Future-Reliance deal.
Reliance was made on the Judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Ram Naresh Rawat Vs. Ashwini Ray reported in 2017 (Vol 3) SCC 436, relevant extract of which reads-
