The Supreme Court today (July 17) dismissed a plea filed by Supreme Court Bar Clerks Association seeking a monthly payment of Rs 15,000 to its members during closure of courts amid the COVID 19 lockdown.
The Supreme Court Bar Association has organized a farewell function for Justice R Banumathi today (July 17) on her last working day. Justice Banumathi retires on July 19, leaving the Supreme Court with only two lady judges.
