The petitioner, Yogender Kumar had moved the High Court seeking direction to quash the show-cause notice in which the IAF stated his stand against vaccination verges on gross indiscipline and his continuation in service is likely to adversely impact the health of other IAF personnel.
If a show-cause notice intends to blacklist the recipient of the notice in case of an unsatisfactory reply, this stipulation must be clearly mentioned in the notice.
