Uttarakhand High Court enquires from senior counsel for the petitioners whether they have made the disclosure with regard to the existence of the said alternate Bridge at a distance of 2 kilometers in the writ petition. There is no disclosure with regard to the said material and relevant fact.
Uttarakhand High Court division bench of acting Chief Justice Sanjaya Kumar Mishra and Justice Ramesh Chandra Khulbe passed this order while hearing a PIL filed by Ashish Kumar Garg.
Uttarakhand High Court division bench heard a PIL which raised a issue that the State has failed to enact any policy or rules with regard to premature release of convicting prisoners, after they have completed 14 years of sentence.
