The Supreme Court has extended interim bail of Sukesh Chandrashekhar, alleged middleman in the AIADMK’s ‘two leaves’ symbol matter, to November 17 on the ground of the COVID infection.
The Supreme Court has granted a two-week interim bail to Sukesh Chandrashekhar, alleged middleman in the AIADMK’s ‘two leaves’ symbol matter. The bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Indira Banerjee granted the interim bail on ground of his father’s illness.
The Delhi High Court has today declined the bail application filed by Sukesh Chandrashekhar, accused middleman in the case of AIADMK two leaves symbol case stating that the petitioner was interfering with the administration of justice.
