A Delhi court on Wednesday cleared Congress MP Shashi Tharoor from all charges he was booked under, in relation to the death of his wife and businesswoman Sunanda Pushkar.
Congress MP Shashi Tharoor's lawyer, senior advocate Vikas Pahwa dismissed the prosecution claim about the politician's extra-martial affair as nothing more than "imagination".
The Delhi High Court has directed Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief, Republic TV, to "be bound by" his undertaking on "showing restraint and bringing down the rhetoric" while covering the Sunanda Pushkar case.
The Delhi Police on Wednesday informed the Delhi High Court that they have not relied upon the tweets by Sunanda Pushkar neither have they seen those tweets, in the case of her death. Congress leader Shashi Tharoor is the sole accused in this case.
