The Madhya Pradesh High Court allowed the Petition of a Workman assailing the order dated 12.02.2019 passed by Section Officer, Ministry of Labour whereby the dispute raised by the workman, of termination of service 01.05.2017, has been declined to be forwarded for adjudication to the Tribunal.
While considering the PIL, Jammu and Kashmir High Court observed that the issue of illegal behavior of some of the schools is distinct and unconnected with the subject matter of the PIL which can be raised independently by the persons aggrieved.
