The Supreme Court has decided to take up only urgent matters from April 22, 2021, in view of the current increase in COVID-19 cases in the National Capital City of Delhi. It has also adjourned all the matters which were earlier listed on April 22.
Pryagraj (ILNS): Various grievances have landed with the India Legal team with regards to the listing of cases in the Allahabad High Court during the persisting situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Supreme Court on Friday has issued circular for hearing of urgent matters during the rescheduled summer vacation which will be observed from June 22 till July 3.
The Madras High Court has issued a notification informing the Coram and sitting arrangements of judges for hearing of cases through video conferencing.
Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Monday cancelled its summer vacations, whereas, the Court has also directed that the 15 days summer vacations in the lower courts also stands to cancel.
