Relying on the decision of the Delhi High Court in “Jayswal Neco Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Ors.”, Advocate V.K Shukla, representing the petitioner, contended that the jurisdiction vests with Delhi High Court in as much as the Railway Board is situated in Delhi.
