The Karnataka High Court has directed the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) and the state government to consider granting additional 20 minutes per hour for visually impaired students.
The Delhi High Court today directed that within three weeks on receipt of the request the Delhi University will provide at least two prescribed reading materials or books to visually impaired students.
The court’s divisional bench of Justices Hima Kohli and Subramonium Prasad noted that only “arrangement of scribes at CSE Centres and elsewhere for the students in the VH category will enable them to participate in the online OBE.”
