Supreme Court has asked the Allahabad High Court to monitor the ongoing CBI probe into the Hathras rape and murder case. In the loan moratorium issue, the Centre has filed affidavit and informed Supreme Court that interest differential will be deposited by November 5. The Supreme Court stayed the Uttarakhand High Court order on directing a CBI probe into corruption allegation charges against Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivender Singh Rawat by a journalist Omesh Sharma.
