The Supreme Court has directed the Centre and the Maharashtra government to provide Z+ category security to Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani and his family while travelling in the country and abroad. Ambani will bear the expenses for the security detail.
Anand Giri, the main accused in the case of abetment to alleged suicide of Narendra Giri, has been denied bail by the Supreme Court. The Court refused to interfere with the order of the Allahabad High Court and said if there is no progress in the case in the lower court, the petitioner can approach the Court later.
