Video: Supreme Court stays Uttarakhand HC’s eviction order, says can’t uproot thousands overnight

The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court upheld the demonetisation decision of the Centre.. said, there was no mistake in the process or purpose…. The government had consulted with the RBI…. Justice Nagaratna told the demonetisation illegal ….said, demonetisation should have been done by enacting a law

Supreme Court said that no additional restriction on the freedom of expression of Hon’ble….Government is not responsible for the statement of the minister…Justice Nagaratna said in a separate judgment, if the minister makes derogatory statement in official capacity, then the government is responsible

The Supreme Court stayed a part of the Allahabad High Court’s decision on UP civic elections. Said- Elections will not be held without reservation.
