The Supreme Court said on Friday that it will decide the members of a committee which will look into the alleged Adani-Hindenburg scam case. It said it will not look at the names recommended by the Centre for greater transparency.
The Supreme Court refused immediate review of its 2016 Nabam Rebia verdict and said it will discuss merits on February 27 before deciding on that. The Uddhav Thackeray faction of the Shiv Sena had demanded a relook.
