The Allahabad High Court has sought information from the State Government and the recruitment board on a petition filed for not sending selected candidates for training in the 2018 police recruitment.
This information has been given by the Government Advocate of the State Government to the Allahabad High Court hearing the Petition filed to fill the vacant posts.
The Court has said that although the Police are making a lot of efforts, the infection is increasing, which suggests that much more remains to be done.

The petition, filed by Advocates Devesh Saxena and Shashwat Anand, has sought a stay on the effect and operation of the impugned ordinance promulgated by the UP Governor and direction to the government to not take any coercive action in pursuance of the impugned ordinance.
This order has been given by Justice Pankaj Bhatia on the Petition of Rakesh Vishwakarma and three others. The Court has given this order based on the instructions given in the Sunita Sharma case and Shri Krishna case.
