The petition before the Supreme Court alleges that right after the declaration of legislative results, the Trina Mool Congress supporters started creating unrest for the simple reason that they had supported BJP in Assembly elections.
Senior Advocate Siddharth Luthra appearing for the State of West Bengal apprised the court that the FIR registered in this case and three people have been arrested on the basis of these complaints.
